Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Our activities run rain or shine and will only be rescheduled based on potentially dangerous wind or weather conditions. For lesson programs, a full refund is applicable to all cancellations received more than 72 hours prior to the program start date. Program rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the program start time. Rental bookings can be changed or refunded up to 24 hours before the booking time. All season's passes and rental passes are non-refundable.
